2026 Passport Fees: Updated Duty and Booklet Cost List

Passport fees for 2026 have been updated based on the 25.49% Revaluation Rate (RR). According to the new tariff effective as of January 1, 2026, the duty and booklet fees are as follows:

Important Notes and Additional Costs

• Booklet Fee: Collected as a fixed amount of 1,424.30 TRY for all applications, regardless of passport validity period.
• International Departure Fee: As of 2026, the international departure stamp fee is applied as 1,250 TRY.
• Student Passport: Students under the age of 25 who can document that they are traveling abroad for educational purposes are exempt from the duty fee; they only pay the booklet fee of 1,424.30 TRY.
• Payment Channels: Payments can be made via the Revenue Administration’s website (ivd.gib.gov.tr), authorized banks, or PTT branches.
