An icon of Antalya tourism is making its return. Originally opened in 1975 as Antalya’s first 5-star hotel and closed for the past 13 years, Talya Hotel has been rebuilt on the same site. According to the announcement shared by Divan with its corporate business partners, the hotel will begin welcoming all guests as of September 30, 2026.

The hotel, which closed in May 2013, was completely demolished in 2021 and rebuilt with an investment exceeding $100 million. Its unique cliffside location has been preserved while introducing a modern architectural design.

Holding a 5-star Tourism Operation Certificate from the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the hotel is positioned as a city resort:

Following its soft opening on July 1, 2026, the hotel will begin accepting reservations through all sales channels on September 30, 2026. Renovation work on the conference center located on the adjacent property is still ongoing.
