A New Era in Business Travel: The SunExpress Corporate Program
The biggest challenge in business travel planning is uncertain schedules and unexpected costs. With our goal of being the right solution partner in this process, Viking Turizm values the transparent rules and flexible advantages offered to corporate members by SunExpress.
1. Operational Flexibility on Domestic Flights
Rules that provide flexibility for your staff on domestic travel also enable transparent cost management:
- Extra Baggage: An additional 5 kg baggage allowance is granted on top of the standard entitlement for each flight.
- Name Change: Name changes are allowed up to 12 hours before departure.
- Penalty-Free Changes and Refunds: Up to 12 hours before departure, cancellations, refunds, and date changes are permitted without penalty, provided that any applicable fare difference is paid.
- Short-Notice Changes: Between 06–12 hours before departure, cancellations or changes can be made for a fee of 50 TL, plus any applicable fare difference.
- Last-Minute Adjustments: Between 02–06 hours before departure, cancellations are not allowed, but changes can be made by paying any fare difference plus an additional 50 TL.
2. Cost Control on International Flights
Clear and straightforward procedures apply to your global corporate travel needs:
Excess Baggage: Corporate members also receive an additional 5 kg baggage allowance on international flights.
- Name Change: Name changes are permitted up to 12 hours before departure.
- Date Change: Up to 48 hours before departure, date changes can be made without penalty by paying any fare difference between flights.
- Transparent Refund Conditions: For refunds, a 25% penalty applies if more than 7 days remain before departure; 40% if between 48 hours and 7 days; and 50% if less than 48 hours remain.
Transparency and Operational Ease in Corporate Processes
The management of this program is structured to protect your company’s rights and reduce bureaucracy. In particular, program benefits are valid only for tickets issued by authorized agencies such as Viking Turizm. With Automatic Renewal, the agreement is renewed annually unless one of the parties requests cancellation. All processes are compliant with data protection regulations, and the rights of all parties are safeguarded through a transparent contract.
