Due to geopolitical developments in Iran and the surrounding region, Turkish Airlines has activated comprehensive flexibility rights for regional flights. We share the details of the free flight ticket cancellation, refund, and change rights offered to passengers affected by the US–Iran conflict flight situation and regional uncertainties:

Extraordinary conditions in the region continue to directly impact corporate travel traffic and flight safety. To prevent passenger inconvenience, Turkish Airlines has introduced a series of additional rights for flights ticketed on or before 28 February 2026.

Critical Dates and Scope:

• Flight Dates: Flights to and from Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan between 28 February 2026 – 12 March 2026 (inclusive).
• Processing Deadline: Transactions must be completed no later than 10 May 2026 to benefit from these rights.

Additional Rights Provided:

• Free Changes: Reservation changes for flights within the specified region and dates can be made without any fare difference or penalty.
• Unconditional Refund: Flight ticket cancellation and refund processes for completely unused tickets are fully free of charge.
• Partial Usage Flexibility: Even if part of the journey has been completed, refunds for unused flight segments will be issued without deductions.
• Validity Extension: Ticket validity can be extended until 10 May 2026 without any penalty fees.

These rights also apply to additional services purchased with the ticket and cover only flights operated by Turkish Airlines.
