Türkiye'ye giriş yapacak yolcuların ibraz edeceği PCR testleri için RNA ve nükleik asit testlerinin de aynı kapsamda kabul edileceği Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından bildirilmiştir.
The Ministry of Health stating that RNA and nucleic acid tests will also be accepted within the same scope for PCR tests to be submitted by passengers who will enter Turkey.

01 Haziran 2021 tarihinden itibaren Türkiye Koronavirüs (COVID-19) Uçuş ve Seyahat Uygulamaları regülasyonları:
Afganistan, Bangladeş, Brezilya, Güney Afrika, Hindistan, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka’dan gelen kişiler ile son 14 günde bu ülkelerde bulunduğu anlaşılankişilerden ülkemize girişten azami 72 saat önce yapılmış negatif sonuçlu PCR test raporu ibrazı talep edilecek ve bu kişiler Valiliklerce belirlenecekyerlerde 14 gün süreyle karantinaya alınacaktır. Karantinanın 14. gününün sonunda yapılacak PCR test sonucunun negatif çıkması durumunda karantinatedbiri sonlandırılacaktır. PCR test sonucu pozitif çıkanlar ise test sonucunun pozitif çıktığı tarihten itibaren izolasyona alınacak ve 14. Gününsonunda PCR testinden negatif sonuç alınmasıyla tedbir sonlandırılacaktır.
Birleşik Krallık (İngiltere), İran, Mısır ve Singapur’dan gelen kişilerden girişten azami 72 saat önce yapılmış negatif sonuçlu PCR test raporu ibrazıtalep edilecektir.
Yukarıda belirtilen ülkeler dışında, diğer ülkelerden ülkemize giriş yapacak yolcular için girişten en az 14 gün önce aşı yaptırıldığına ve/veya hastalığıson 6 ay içinde geçirdiğine dair ilgili ülke resmi otoritelerince düzenlenen belgeyi ibraz edenlerden ayrıca negatif sonuçlu PCR testi raporu ibrazıtalep edilmeyecek ve bu kişiler için karantina tedbiri uygulanmayacaktır. Bu yolcular için ülkemize girişlerde belirtilen kurallara göre aşı sertifikasınınveya hastalığı geçirdiğine dair belgelerin ibraz edilememesi durumunda, ülkeye girişten azami 72 saat önce yapılmış negatif sonuçlu PCR test raporuveya girişten azami 48 saat önce yapılmış negatif hızlı antijen test sonucunun ibrazı yeterli görülecektir.
Uçuş mürettebatı, gemi adamları ve tır şoförleri yukarıdaki uygulamalardan muaftır.
İkinci maddede sayılan ülkelerden gelenler hariç olmak üzere ülkemize yapılacak girişlerde kişiler Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından varış noktalarında örnekleme(sampling) temelinde PCR testine tabi tutulabilecektir. Bu kapsamda gelen kişilerin test örnekleri alındıktan sonra nihai varış yerlerine gitmelerineizin verilecek, test sonuçlarının pozitif çıkması durumunda Sağlık Bakanlığı COVİD19 rehberi doğrultusunda tedavileri yapılacaktır. Test sonuçlarıpozitif çıkan kişiler ile yakın temasta bulundukları kişiler kendilerinin belirledikleri adreslerde 14 günlük süre ile karantinaya alınacaklar ve 10.günün sonunda yapılacak PCR test sonuçlarının negatif olması durumunda karantina koşulları sonlandırılacaktır. Bu kişilerden Hindistan mutantı taşıdığıtespit edilenlerin karantina koşulları 14. günün sonunda PCR testi negatif sonucuyla sonlandırılacaktır.
As of June 1, 2021, in accordance with the attached official letter and updated NOTAM, Turkey Covid-19 regulations are as follows.
*Passengers departing from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, South Africa, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and those who are understood to be in thesecountries in the last 14 days will be requested to submit a negative PCR test report 72 hours before entering to Turkey, and these passengers willbe quarantined for 14 days in places determined by the governorships. If the PCR test result to be made at the end of the 14th day of the quarantineis negative, the quarantine measure will be terminated. Passengers whose PCR test result is positive will be taken into isolation and the measure willbe terminated with a negative PCR test result which will be made at the end of the 14th day.
*Passengers departing from the United Kingdom, Iran, Egypt and Singapore will be required to submit a negative PCR test result which has to be made maximum72 hours before entry.
*Except for the above-mentioned countries, passengers who will enter to Turkey from other countries will not be required to submit a negative PCR testresult if they submit a document issued by the relevant country's official authorities stating that they have been vaccinated at least 14 days beforeentrance to Turkey and /or have had the disease and cured within the last 6 months; quarantine measures will not be applied for these passengers. Forthese passengers, if the vaccine certificate or the documents proving that they have had the disease cannot be submitted according to the stated rules,the submission of the PCR negative test result made maximum 72 hours before the entrance to Turkey or negative rapid antigen test result made maximum48 hours before the entrance to Turkey will be deemed sufficient.
*Flight crew, seaman and truck drivers are exempted from the above regulations.
*Except for passengers departing from the countries listed in the second article, people entering to Turkey may be subjected to PCR test on the basis ofsampling at their destination by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health. In this context, passengers will be allowed to go to their final destinationafter the test samples are taken, and if the test results are positive, they will be treated in accordance with Republic of Turkey Ministry of HealthCOVID19 guidelines. Passengers with positive test results will be quarantined for 14 days at the addresses they shared and if the PCR test resultsto be made at the end of the 10th day are negative, the quarantine conditions will be terminated. The quarantine conditions of those who are foundto have an Indian mutant will be terminated with a negative result of the PCR test at the end of the 14th day.

Türkiye resmi makamlarınca alınan kararlara istinaden Türkiye’ye giriş yapacak yolcular için PCR testi ile ilgili uygulamalar:
- Denizci, tır şoförü ve transit yolcular hariç, Türkiye'ye gelen 6 yaş ve üzeri tüm yolcuların uçağın planlanan hareket saatinden önce, maksimum 72saat içinde alınmış negatif PCR test belgelerini ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir. PCR testi için 72 saatlik süre numune veriliş saati ile başlamaktadır.Bu nedenle, test için verilen numune ile seferin planlanan hareket saati arasında maksimum 72 saat olmalıdır.
- Test, nükleik asit test olmalıdır.
- Uzun bağlantı süresi nedeniyle Türkiye'ye giriş yapması ve konaklama hizmeti alması zorunlu olan transfer yolcular için PCR test uygulaması geçerlidir.
- Bu uygulama 14 Nisan 2021 tarihine kadar devam edecektir.

PCR TEST IMPLEMENTATİON FOR THE PASSENGERS WHO WİLL ENTER TO TURKEY
According to the decisions taken by the authorities of Turkey, PCR test regulations for all passengers arriving in Turkey are listed below;
- 6 years and older passengers entering to Turkey (except seaman, truck drivers and transit passengers) must submit negative PCR test documents takenwithin maximum 72 hours before the scheduled departure flight time. The 72 hours period for the PCR test starts with the sample delivery time.Therefore, there must be a maximum of 72 hours between the sample submitted for the test and the scheduled departure time of the flight.
- Test must be nucleic acid test.
- The transfer passengers who forced to enter Turkey and to get accommodation services because of the long duration of the connection flight mustobey the PCR testing regulations.
- This application is valid until March 01, 2021.
